CAPE

Comprehensive Assistance Program for Employees
Confidential Support. Practical Solutions. Healthier Workplaces.

Life doesn't always stay at home-and work doesn't always stay at work. Stress, family responsibilities, financial concerns, relationship challenges, grief, workplace pressures, and unexpected life events can affect every aspect of a person's well-being.

CAPE (Comprehensive Assistance Program for Employees) is COMPASS Family and Community Services' Employee Assistance Program, providing confidential, short-term professional support to employees and eligible family members of organizations that contract with COMPASS for CAPE services. The program is funded by participating employers, allowing eligible employees to access services at no cost.

Whether you're an employee seeking support or an employer looking to strengthen your workforce, CAPE is here to help.
